126:24-b Intent. – The bureau of health statistics and data management within the department is designated the health statistics center of New Hampshire in accordance with Public Law 95-623 section V(c)(1). The bureau is authorized to coordinate and disseminate health-related information for the purposes of protecting public health while adhering to privacy requirements.
