141-G:17 Notice and Service. – I. All documents or notifications required to be given to or served on a person shall be given or served in accordance with the rules adopted by the commissioner, in collaboration with the judicial branch, under RSA 141-G:19. II. If a person is required under this subdivision to provide a notice to or serve a document on another person, notice or service may be made on an authorized representative of the source individual.
