§ 151.16

151:16 Penalties. – Any person, partnership, association, or corporation, including state or county or local governmental units or any division, department, board or agency thereof establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any facility within the meaning of this chapter, without first obtaining a license therefor as herein provided, or who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or regulations lawfully promulgated thereunder, shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person, for the first offense. For a subsequent offense, a person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
