151:18 Disposition of Fees. – I. All fees received from licenses under the provisions of this chapter shall be kept by the state treasurer in a separate fund to be paid out to the department of health and human services for purposes of this chapter only. II. Notwithstanding paragraph I, fees and any other funds collected for special health care service licenses pursuant to RSA 151:2-e shall be deposited in the general fund.
