153:3 Vacancies, Tenure and Compensation. – In case of a vacancy occurring by death, resignation or otherwise it shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired term by the governor and council as provided in RSA 153:2. The members of said board shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified.
