§ 155-b-1

155-B:1 Definitions. – For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: I. 'Building' includes any structure or part of a structure. II. 'Hazardous building' means any building which, because of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, physical damage, unsanitary condition, or abandonment, constitutes a fire hazard or a hazard to public safety or health.
