155:19 Application; Issuance; Revocation. – A permit shall be obtained from the licensing agency by the owner or operator of any place of assembly. Such permit shall be issued without charge for one year from date of issue and shall be revocable for cause. Application for permit shall be made to the licensing agency who may require building plans, showing type of construction, exits, aisles and seating arrangements and details of decorations.
