155:77 Fire Protection, Safety and Sanitation. – Nothing in this subdivision shall be construed to permit smoking where smoking is prohibited by any other provision of law or rule relative to fire protection, safety and sanitation. Source. 1990, 236:2, eff. Jan. 1, 1991.
