161-B:9 Notice. – I. In all cases in which child support obligations are payable through the department, the obligor shall inform the court which issued the support order in writing of any change of address within 15 days of the change. II. Each new order for support or outstanding order for support which is reviewed, modified or otherwise brought before the court shall include a provision ordering the obligor to comply with the provisions of this section.
