161-C:26-b Denial of Passports. – I. The department is authorized to certify to the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services, pursuant to section 652(k) of the Social Security Act, that an obligor owes child support arrearages in the amount specified by the federal law and is out of compliance with a legal order of support.
