167:96 Available Assets. – Commencing with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000, the state treasurer shall annually, on or before October 1, certify an amount to the commissioner which shall be the sum of the market value of the principal assets and interest earnings held in the fund available to be expended under RSA 167:95.
