§ 169-c-26

169-C:26 Continuances. – Except as otherwise provided, continuances in proceedings under this chapter may be granted by the court only for good cause shown. Whenever the court grants a continuance under this section, the court shall make written findings as to the circumstances that warranted the continuance. Source. 1979, 361:2. 2007, 236:17, eff.
