175:5-a Food Products. – I. This title shall not apply to sales of edible food products, which are not intended to be consumed as a liquid, containing not over 6 percent alcohol by volume. II. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or cause or procure to be sold any edible food product containing not less than 1/2 of one percent alcohol by volume, at 60 degrees Fahrenheit, to any person under the age of 21. III. All liquor used in the manufacture of edible food products in this state shall be purchased from the commission. Source. 1995, 122:2. 1996, 275:9, eff. June 10, 1996.
