178:9 Liquor and Wine Vendor License. – I. A liquor and wine vendor licensee may sell liquor to the commission for resale in this state. II. Liquor and wine vendor licenses may be issued only to a manufacturer of liquor, or to the person designated by the manufacturer as the sole supplier of its products for the state of New Hampshire. III. Liquor and wine vendors shall have a licensed representative conduct their business in this state. IV. Liquor and wine vendor licensees may designate a liquor and wine representative as the sole supplier of its domestic, table, or fortified wine. Source. 2003, 231:13, eff. July 1, 2003.
