179:20 Employee Restrictions. – I. No person, except a citizen of the United States or legal resident alien, shall be employed to sell or deliver any liquor or beverage. II. No on-premises or off-premises licensee shall consume beverage or liquor while working. No employee, as defined in RSA 275:4, II, shall consume beverage or liquor while working. For the purposes of this paragraph the term 'employee' shall not include 'dancer' as defined by RSA 179:19, I(a) or 'entertainer' as defined by RSA 179:19, I(b).
