179:26 Compliance With Other Agencies. – I. All on-premises licensees shall have a valid license or certificate issued by state or local public health officials before the commission shall issue a license. II. All on-premises licensees shall have a valid permit of assembly or certificate issued by state or local fire authorities before the commission shall issue a license.
