179:43 Sale on Credit. – I. No licensee shall sell beverages or liquor on credit. II. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph I on-premises and off-premises licensees may extend credit through the medium of credit cards or to commercial accounts, for which payment is received within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
