179:47 Off-Premises Special License Restriction. – I. Holders of a license for an auction or sheriff's sale shall advise all buyers that no liquor or beverage purchased shall be resold. II. Any holder of a special license for an auction or sheriff's sale shall supply to the commission within 10 days of the sale the following information: (a) Name and address of all buyers.
