§ 227-c-29

227-C:29 Advisory Committee. – I. For the purpose of soliciting applications, recommending grant awards, and considering any other matter necessary to the administration of this subdivision, an advisory committee to the division of historical resources shall be established, consisting of: (a) The commissioner of natural and cultural resources, or designee. (b) The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food, or designee. (c) The commissioner of natural and cultural resources, or designee. (d) The chairperson of the state conservation committee, or designee. (e) The director of the division of historical resources, or designee, who shall act as or designate the committee chair. (f) The executive director of the New Hampshire Farm Service Agency, or designee. (g) The director of the New Hampshire Farm Bureau Federation, or designee. (h) The director of the university of New Hampshire cooperative extension, or designee. (i) The master of the New Hampshire state grange, or designee. (j) A member of the state historical resources council. (k) A staff member of the division of historical resources selected by the director.

(l) Two individuals actively engaged in agriculture, selected by the committee. (m) The executive director of the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance, or designee. II. On or before November 1 of the second year of each biennium, the committee shall make a report regarding the program to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, and the governor.
