436:18 Witnessing Disposal. – When such animals are killed on the premises of their importer or owner, the commissioner or his agent shall witness their burial or burning as aforesaid, unless their carcasses are shipped, used or sold as herein provided. Source. 1985, 72:1, eff. July 1, 1985.
