447:3 Brick. – If a person shall perform labor or furnish materials or fuel to the amount of $15 or more for the making of brick, by virtue of a contract with the owner thereof, he shall have a lien upon said materials and fuel and upon the brick with the kiln containing said brick, for such labor, materials or fuel.
