463:27 Bond of Guardian of the Estate of a Minor. – When a bond is ordered in conjunction with a guardianship of the estate of a minor, no appointment of the guardian shall issue until the bond is furnished to the probate court, with sufficient sureties, in such sum as the court shall approve.
