466:51 Inspections. – The local law enforcement authority shall inspect the premises of each custodian of a registered guard dog during normal business hours. If conditions on said premises do not meet the requirements of RSA 466:50, the local law enforcement authority shall direct removal of the dog until the defect is corrected. Source. 1985, 29:2, eff.
