471-C:15-a Disposal of Unclaimed Property by the Courts. – Notwithstanding any law to the contrary: I. [Repealed.] II. A court which is holding lost, abandoned, or unclaimed property subject to this chapter may dispose of it in accordance with procedures established by the supreme court.
