188-E:13 Legislative Membership on Youth Council. – The following legislative members shall be appointed to the youth council which has been established as a subgroup within the State Workforce Innovation Board formed by the governor pursuant to the Workforce Investment Act of 1998: I. Two members of the house of representatives, one of whom shall serve as an alternate, appointed by the governor. II.
