§ 188-f-19

188-F:19 Liability Limited. – Any person who, or any firm or corporation which donates the use of its premises, personnel or equipment to the community college system of New Hampshire to assist it in its training courses shall be immune from civil liability in any action brought on the basis of any act or omission resulting in damage or injury arising out of the use by the community college system of New Hampshire of the equipment, facilities, or services to any person if: I. The person, firm or corporation was acting pursuant to a prior written request or acceptance by the chancellor of the community college system of New Hampshire; and II. The damage or injury was not caused by willful, wanton or grossly negligent misconduct by the person, firm, or corporation. Source. 2007, 361:2, eff. July 17, 2007.
