§ 188-g-9

188-G:9 Use of Fees. – Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, all license fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be retained by the commission for use in meeting the expenses of administering this chapter. Source. 2011, 224:150, eff. July 1, 2011.
