189:57 Coordination With Special Population Programs. – Educational and youth employment programs serving special population students shall be coordinated with the requirements of this subdivision. All such coordinating efforts shall not exempt participating school districts or public or private employers from meeting all requirements of state or federal laws. Source. 1988, 274:3, eff.
