189:6-b Transportation Between Schools and Before-and-After-School Programs. – To achieve maximum utilization of available before-and-after-school programs for school-age children, school districts shall be permitted to transport pupils between schools and legally-operating before-and-after-school programs upon the approval of the school district in the same manner as the school budget is adopted by that district.
