194:37 By Vote. – I. Any special district organized under a special act of the legislature may, by a majority vote of the qualified voters present and voting at a legal meeting, dissolve its corporate existence and unite with the town district. II. Any special district or pre-existing special district may vote by warrant article presented at the annual meeting of the school district of which the special district is a part. Only legally registered voters within the boundaries of the special district may vote on the warrant article.
