§ 200.39

200:39 Exclusion From School. – Whenever any student exhibits symptoms of contagion or is a hazard to himself or others, he shall be excluded from the classroom and his parents or guardians shall be notified as soon as possible. Source. 1971, 499:1, eff. Sept. 4, 1971.
