204-C:59 Capitalization of Fund. – The affordable housing fund shall be capitalized with donations, transfers, set asides, or appropriations authorized by law, including, but not limited to: I. Fees paid to the authority from the development of qualified residential rental projects financed by bonds issued under section 142(d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including projects in operation as of July 1, 1988, provided, however, that the authority may also allocate such fees as matching funds for federal housing programs such as the Home Investment Partnership Program as established by the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990.
