204-C:68 Rulemaking. – Pursuant to RSA 204-C:53, the authority shall adopt rules relative to: I. Criteria for eligibility for loans made under this subdivision. II. Application procedures for such loans. III. Interest rates and amount of loans. IV. Procedures for repayment of loans made under this subdivision. V.
