§ 205-c-5

205-C:5 Interagency Coordination. – I. The department may issue a label of certification to modular buildings or building components that have been certified by an agency of the federal government or component authority within another state, if the department finds that such certification is granted on the basis of a standard which is equivalent or more stringent than required under RSA 205-C:2. II. The department may enter into interagency agreements with any other department or agency of state government necessary or appropriate for administration of this chapter. Source. 1990, 169:2, eff.
