205-D:18 Exemptions. – I. Manufactured housing which is installed in compliance with this chapter shall be exempt from all state or local standards or regulations which regulate the same matters. II. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to amend or repeal the provisions of RSA 31:116, relative to manufactured housing foundations in parks, and RSA 47:22-b, relative to manufactured housing foundations in parks. III. This chapter shall not apply to students engaged in a high school vocational program under the supervision of a licensed installer or as otherwise allowed by the board in its rules.
