205-D:20 Rulemaking Authority. – The board shall be authorized, pursuant to RSA 541-A, to adopt rules relative to: I. The establishment of uniform manufactured housing installation standards. II. The design and content of all forms and applications required under this chapter. III. The application procedure for a license to practice under this chapter. IV. The qualifications of license applicants set under this chapter. V. How an applicant shall be trained, including the minimum education requirements and training standards. VI. How a license to practice under this chapter shall be renewed, including any requirements for continuing education. VII. [Repealed.] VIII. Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license to practice under this chapter and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards.
