206:33 How Constituted. – The executive director shall, at least once a month, make return to the state treasurer of all moneys received and collected by the department from licenses, permits, fines, forfeitures or whatever source. The state treasurer shall keep all such moneys in a separate account to be known as the fish and game fund. Such fund is annually appropriated for the use of the department during the fiscal year of its receipt by the state treasurer, in the manner hereinafter provided.
