207:44 Injunctions. – The superior court shall have power by injunction or other appropriate process to restrain any corporation, association, club or other similar organization, and any member, servant or agent thereof, from occupying, using or enjoining any property held or acquired in this state in violation of the provisions of RSA 207:43.
