207:51 Sale Outside State. – If any person shall carry away or collect any seaweed, rockweed, or sea moss from the banks or shores of this state for sale outside the state, or for sale within the state for the purpose of its being carried outside the state, or shall sell any such seaweed, rockweed, or sea moss to be carried outside the state, he shall be guilty of a violation.
