207:53 From Rocks. – If any person shall cut or take any growing rockweed or sea moss from the rocks, banks or shores of this state below high-water mark, above the amount of 3 bushels in any one day, allowed only in the case of a resident or summer resident of this state, he shall be guilty of a violation.
