§ 211.44

211:44 Penalties. – Any person who violates a provision of this subdivision shall be penalized as follows: I. For each offense under RSA 211:22, 23, 23-a, 32, 34, 38 or 39 shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person. II. For an offense under RSA 211:18, 18-a, 20, 21, 31, any person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. III. For an offense under RSA 211:24, 25, 26, 27, or 29, any person shall be guilty of a violation, and each lobster or crab or parts thereof involved will constitute a separate offense. IV.
