211:74 Damage Actions. – When, in the opinion of the executive director, the damage to fish life and other aquatic life, or wildlife, or their habitat, so warrants, he shall request the attorney general to institute an action at law for damage to fish life and other aquatic life, or wildlife, or their habitat, caused by the contamination.
