214:37 Penalties. – I. Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter where another specific penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person. II. A person who furnishes to another person, or permits another person to have or use, a license issued to himself or any other person, or changes or alters such license or coupon, or uses a license or license coupon issued to another person, or makes a false statement in an application, or knowingly guides a hunter who does not have a license as provided in RSA 214, shall be guilty of a violation.
