§ 228-a-14

228-A:14 Tax Exemption. – Bonds issued under this chapter, their transfer and income therefrom, including any profit made on the sale or transfer thereof, shall at all times be exempt from all taxation by or within the state. Source. 2005, 58:1, eff. July 1, 2005.
