230-A:14 Termination of Corridor. – The highway planning corridor shall terminate: I. Upon the filing of a return of highway layout and the acquisition of the property necessary for the highway for which the planning corridor was created; or II. Upon a declaration by the layout authority that the corridor, or any portion thereof, is discontinued. The discontinuance of a highway planning corridor shall not be subject to appeal, and shall not entitle any person to damages. Source. 1991, 309:2, eff. Jan. 1, 1992.
