259:114 Transporter. – 'Transporter' shall mean: I. Any person who moves any motor vehicle owned by another person which requires registration for use upon a way for business purposes; or II. Any person engaged in the business of buying promissory notes secured by mortgages or conditional sales contracts who, in the regular course of such business, has occasion to repossess any vehicle.
