259:67-a Nonresident CDL. – 'Nonresident CDL' shall mean a document issued by the department which authorizes a driver to drive a class of motor vehicle. The certificate shall be issued in accordance with the standards contained in 49 CFR 383. Source. 1989, 319:11, eff. July 1, 1989.
