260:43 Retention of Records by Distributors, Special Fuel Users, and Transporters. – Each distributor, special fuel user, and transporter shall maintain and keep for a period of 4 years such records of motor fuel and petroleum products sold and distributed or otherwise disposed of within this state, together with invoices, bills of lading, and other pertinent records and papers as may be necessary for the reasonable administration of this subdivision.
