261:160 Collection of Permit Fees in Unorganized Places. – County treasurers shall receive permit fees and issue permits under this chapter to persons residing in unorganized places in any county. Such fees shall be for the use of the county in which such place is situate, except that the county treasurer shall be entitled to receive therefrom $.25 for each permit issued. Source. 1923, 38:1.
