264:23 Limitation. – The state treasurer shall not accept any such deposit or issue a certificate therefor, and the department shall not accept such certificate, unless accompanied by evidence that there are no unsatisfied judgments against the depositor registered in the office of the clerk of the superior court for the county where the depositor resides.
